Why ePortfolio
Welcome to my ePortfolio system which is entirely devoted to my professional development. This ePortfolio has the following purposes:
- to gather information about my professional activities,
- to show my professional achievements to potential employers,
- to facilitate retrospection of my professional achievements,
- to keep my professional skills at an appropriate high level.
How to use this website
This ePortfolio consists of three parts: Contents, Range of interests and Competencies. They reveal the same information, each from the different point of view. If you are interested in:
- different types of resources (texts, blog, information about projects) start from the Contents,
- one or more my interests (e-learning, project management, IT security, RIA), first go to the Range of interests,
- my eployment possibilities, look at my Competencies.
What you can find here
There is some information in the ePortfolio relevant to my activities as an network administrator, a web developer, an instructional designer, a project manager and a chief information officer (CIO).
Since 2000 I have been dealing with many different things related to acting on these positions. As a network administrator I had to deal with IT security. During my work on e-learning courses I have been using instructional design methodologies. Working on e-learning solutions I have also developed network software to run the e-learning content.
At present I mainly develop rich internet applications (RIA). You can find more information about all these things here, in my ePortfolio.
