Accomplished projects
Introduction
Projects are inseparable part of my daily work. I have worked on small, one-person, short-lived projects as well as on more complicated, long-term ones. I can also manage a project team consisting of more than one person.
My contribution
During different projects I worked as a solution architect, a designer, a project manager, a web developer, an instructional designer, a network administrator (integrator) and a tester.
Kinds of projects
Although I took part in many different projects, they can be classified as e-learning projects, management projects, and other related to instructional design, network administration (integration of new solutions and procedures), web developing and finally developing rich internet aplications (RIA).

Thumbnails generator
Thumbnails generator is one of the administrative modules used in E-learning platform for generating bitmap representations of e-learning course screens in a predefined width and height. Screen's thumbnails are mainly used in Course TOC and Keyword Views as well as on the watched sceens history list.
Thumbnails generator is based on a component written to generate thumbnails and allows to generate thumbnails for different courses and different ranges of screens. The component is also used in E-learning Course Designer where it operates in the background updating bitmaps of changed screens automatically.

E-learning course index builder helps to manage relations between lesson screens and keywords.
These relations can be many-to-many. Keywords and index are available for e-learning course player module (depicted in another post).

E-learning course designer is a module developed for e-learning educational platform.
It's main purpose is configuring e-learning courses.

Educational platform is both a Learning Management System (LMS) and a Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
The platform's architecture is open and allows to manage and run many modules. Some of them are used to configure courses, other let users to play with e-learning content. Educational platform provides administrative functions and acts as a communication interface. The platform uses a uniform application programming interface (API) for all modules. Each module is described in this eportfolio as a separate project.

I have created and manage Polish Adobe User Group mainly focused on Flash, Flex, AIR and ActionScript.
I have created a blog available on adobers.org to inform group members about events and other things related to the group's interest.
[details]Webcaster 1.0
Webcaster is mainly used to archive and make traditional presentations accessible over the Internet. Webcaster works in two modes: full and mini. It has a rich user interface in the full mode or a very tiny one in the mini mode.
The application leverages bitmaps (JPG, GIF, PNG), vector graphics (SWF) and movies (streaming FLV) as slides. SWF files can be both static or can contain dynamic content. It is possible to define groups of static or dynamic elements as a slide. Each element can be showed at a specified time interval and can be associated with MP3 audio file. Every aspect of a presentation is defined in an XML file.
