| Description | During Adobe MAX 2007 Europe conference in Barcelona I had an opportunity to talk a lot to some Adobe employees. We agreed that there is lack of developer oriented Adobe User Groups (AUG) in Poland. There are two AUGs in Poland. Both of them are located in Warszawa. One of them is mainly focused on design and DTP and another one seems to be dead. I needed 4 days to set up the AUG.
I prepared a website based on Wordpress equipped with:

| My contribution | PHASE I: Organizing the AUG on both conceptual and operational levels, negotiations with sponsors and Adobe, setting up a group’s website. PHASE II: Managing monthly user group meeting in-person and other events (e.g. contests), preparing presentations. |
